Creamed honey, or honey butter, is pure honey deliciousness,  with nothing added. We make it from our Pinelands Blend local honey. The creaming process is controlled by slow, gentle refrigeration. Once 'creamed', the honey is shelf stable and requires no refrigeration at home. Use this delectable spread on biscuits, toast, waffles, pancakes, or muffins. Also great paired with cheeses or fruit.  The possibilities are endless!
